Who we are
This website belongs to Aria Saramad Nikan, an Iranian pistachio processor and exporter and part of Nikan Holding. For any question about your details, email info@ariasaramad.com.
What we receive
When you send a quote request, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, company, email, country, phone or messenger ID, the varieties and quantities you ask for, and your message.
Why we use it
We use these details only to answer your request, send you an offer and follow up on your order. We do not sell them and we do not give them to others for marketing.
How long we keep it
Your request is stored on our website and sent to our sales inbox. We keep it for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete it. Our team works from Iran and the United Arab Emirates, so your details are handled there and may be kept outside your own country.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets one cookie, which remembers the language you chose. It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools and loads no content from other companies. To stop spam, the form counts requests per IP address for one hour; the address itself is not stored. Like any web server, ours keeps short technical logs for security.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your details: email info@ariasaramad.com. If you contact us by email, phone or WeChat, the rules of those services also apply.
